There's plenty of good singers out there. I'd have to go with Lou Lou though.

Scott Brown & Gillian Tennant! I brought Happy 2 B Hardcore 4 after hearing a 30 second sample of 'Everytime I close my eyes' on Amerzon!
The girl who sings on Paul Elstak's old Happy Hardcore, Shaydee is good also! Love you more, Rainbow in the sky & I think don't leave me alone!

the intention of 'hardcore' back in 91/92 was NEVER about love songs, it wasn't until 96 some fool said let's get some bint to WRITE DOWN LYRICS for a "song" wtf? rave music is about AVIN' IT. not raise your hand up to the lazars while you listen to a "love song" funny thing is most ravers are probably single anyway.

have to disagree with the scott brown matchups mentioned... nothing against the vocalists, but all of his recent vocal stuff has been pretty bland imo

But the cheezy melodies and vocals is what always dragged to Happy Hardcore first and foremost! Anyways, there's still a decent portion of today's hardcore without any vocal.

That started in 1993 with Ilsa Gold- Silke! I have mentioned this before although most artists started doing 'Love Songs' around 1995 such as Paul Elstak- Love you more, Rainbow in the sky & Don't leave me alone! Vibes & Wishdokta did 'No more tears' & 'Rave is a mystery' which is alot like Erasorhead- Life is a mystery (Forze DJ Team remix) Also don't forget 'Keep on trying' by The Alchemist & 'Better day' by GBT! Vocals toke off after 1996.
The Stunned Guy's remix to Paul Elstak- Love you more is my favotire 'Hardcore Love Song' & I am always 'avin it' when I hear it!

Mate, the message of hardcore is freedom to do as you want (which is why we're almost the only music to have every dance imaginable at our raves) not 'AVIN IT'. The cheese and crap is part of our rave culture, whether you like it or not. And to be fair, lyrics in hardcore have existed since (correct me, I'm not 100% sure) at least the birth of nu skool, in '94!
Don't you remember Heart of Gold? That was 1994, mate!
