Just thought that i would start a discussion on Darren Styles...
I've read a lot on here about Styles is shit, Styles is good......
In my opinion i think that he is fookin brill... Is mixing is good and his producing is setting him apart from a lot of other hardcore dj's!!!
So i would just like to read your views....Get em in..

I've always liked Styles. The only thing i don't like is songs with him singing. I can't stand any song with male vocals. Just don't sound right.

He's so so in my opinion. I would rather not listen to him DJ but he does make some good tracks. I've probably done my fair share of slagging him off down the years though.

I think he's produced some fantastic tracks. Most of his recent stuff has been a big, big let down though. He can do a lot better.

I dont really listen to his latest stuff much. I prefer his older stuff with Breeze. loved oxygen! one of my fave tracks! and thought some stuff on their bonkers 12 mix was good too.

Who hasn't though? He is a good DJ & a good artist, his 'style' just dosn't apeal to me & these days he is on the brink of commercial!
I lik some of Force & Styles stuff though, it was often cheesey but at least you knew it was Hardcore! These days it is just sped up popcore lol

no doubting he is an amazing producer
i do prefer the older stuff but a fair few of his new tracks are great
only thing i find is they are all abit 'anthemish'and get rinsed so quickly so they become a bore...

i think he is ok i the hardcore cd on his new album is good but dont know what the commercial one is all about. Like his mixes on most complation cds aswel
