this is something that has had me wondering for some time now...how you you all feel when you listen to happy hardcore/hardcore in general? i think that an imortant part of being a DJ is understanding yer audiences emotions, and how they feel...when i hear music, my spirit feels uplifted, and i feels so happy like im about to burst...and i cry alot(out of happiness) especially during a good song) do other ppl feel this way, or am i just a crazy emotional blubberbaby? Please let me know!

cry? can't say i've ever cried out of joy listening to hardcore. maybe you're taking it a little seriously? just kidding. hardcore and happy hardcore are just so much a part of my life that i think it would be weird for it to not be there.

It depends. I've never shed a tear or anything, but it depends on the style. Sad style? Happy? Mellow? Stomping? etc.

It depends on the setting.

Everyday when I go to school I listen to hardcore on my iPod really loud on the bus. People tend to stare at me but I just smile back. I also become a happier person and I smile and stare random girls in the eyes.

When I'm alone in my room I feel an urge to dance.

In parties I become a complete different person and do stupid things. I dance until I find myself dancing alone.

Hardcore really makes me a happier person!

I know, I think that hardcore should be an uplifting style. It obviously has it's darksides & this contrast makes it more appealing but I don't think any hardcore would make me cry & if it did, it's probably to soppy to be real hardcore. If it makes u cry then it's basically just a really emotional song with a hardcore beat. Not my kinda thing. No-one should ever listen to hardcore & cry, u should listen to hardcore & smile & feel a great sensation throughout your body but mabey people cry when they feel this aswell. I'm not sure??

Happy, Happy, Happy!

I feel a sense of imense power when on the top deck of a bus looking out the window going through a victorian area listening to some classics! I get netural buzzes before! The last time was when I heard Daytona- Love Is In Need (Lost In Tokyo Mix) for the first time a few weeks ago!

I also get visions from the past or places I long to be!

man i also get stares at when i have my Zune and listenin 2 hardcore! i just gave up givin a damn what ppl say, especially since here all ppl listen 2 is country or hiphop which i can't stand hiphop no more! the cool thing is some ppl come up 2 me ask me what it is and we start talkin bout electronic music in general it's great 2 make a connection w/ ppl like that b/c they are very rare here.

as for emotionally, it puts me in a good mood and when i'm feelin down it always lifts me back up. as for cryin, probably never. only thing is i probably would cry if that 1 song "Cry" is playin and i'm drunk as shit! lol

it would take me a lot 2 throw up tho
