k guy. basically for biometry iv got a group assessment and iv gotta gather info/statistc on a topic (my group being coffee). so if you could plz answer the following q's that would be heaps good.
1) how old are you?
2) male/female
3) how many cups of coffee do you drink per day and what type of coffee do you drink?
4)roughly at what time do you drink your coffee and what size is it (small/med/large)?

i have one every morning (helps with the wakin up process) then whenever i feel tired. i have about 4 cups a day with cream. nescafé please, gold blend or mellowbirds

-usually just one, big-ass cup of dark roast - some random brand with a giant E as their logo, a brand i've never heard of before.
-i drink in the morning only, rarely anytime after.
i find that it looses it's effect after one cup. if i want a hot drink later, i'll just make a pot of black orange pekoe.

4) one before work (5am), one at my pee break (8am), one on lunch (1ish pm), and one of the way home from work (between 5-7pm)

I used to be a coffee freak (about 6 a day). Cut back drastically, but I still love the taste. Typical work day now:
1. 28
2. male
3. 2 (1 regular, 1 decaff - both are Nescafe Alta Rica)
4. 10am mid morning break (a mug of regular) and 15:00 afternoon break (a mug of decaff)

You work 12 hours or more per day? Shit either i'm lazy or you're doing way too much work. My normal day would be 8:00-16:15 (coffee breaks at 9 and 14, and lunch at 11 or 12.)
