Uplifting implies a certain level of emotion in the melody and the choice of instruments, and it's not what comes to my mind when I listen to that Pino D'Ambini sample.

Angel Eyes, You're Shining, Timebomb, 24/7, Fly With You, and Heartbeatz are a few that immediately come to mind. My other half would say Makin' Me Wanna Dance but I was never overly keen on it.

Ultimate Buzz where an old Scottish act who released stuff off Vlubscene Records. Usualy classed as Bouncy Techno although alot of their stuff was often light & more towards the happy end of the spectrum.

Have to totally agree with that list bro. Daydream was like the happy hardcore king in Sydney back in the day. I remember grooving to his sets many times. Also Vinlgroover, Fade Bananaman, Force and Styles all really good!
The most uplifting label would have to be happy trax. Every track on this label is piano driven hardcore techno...
