xone62 eh? nearly all the parties that I played at used a djm-500 and up... I really don't like the xone62!

YOU'RE SO LUCKY
Every single time I've played there it's been a xone62, at least as far as I can remember.
And I hate that mixer. Not suited to hardcore AT ALL.

Thanks for the props dain-ja, and let me tell you, your set @ Rave'sR'Us 2 was outstanding.
Like matduke said, I almost always play on djm-500 at parties these days, but I hate working out of my comfort zone, I feel your pain.

i left while someone was spinning freeform, i forget who. it was light out when i left.
anyway, it was my first impression of the montreal hardcore scene, and it was a good one. even people from montreal seemed to feel that way when i talked to them on the metro in the morning party.
dain-ja's set was awesome, and i wish that i stayed longer to hear you play.
this is a good set, mat!
