here andy, take your mind off of music and concentrate on this image. meditate on it's meaning for twenty minutes a day for the following five days. you will have a clearer conceptual thought process at the end of the five days and you will feel like a new man!

it sounds to me like you are experiencing "christmas crunch" like you're involved in what seems like too many things and you're feeling like you're getting over your head. i find when i have way too much going on that it helps me to give things a timely organization to things, like scheduling my day and week with all the things that i need to get done, including scheduling self time and or fun time. that way you know exactly when the next thing on your agenda should happen. do not do more than what you scheduled for the day, and do not do the scheduled items for longer than the time that you allowed for them. only allow yourself 8 hours to do them in, and once you've reached the 8 hours you are to rest and reflect on your day for a little while. after that, do whatever you want with your time, until you go to sleep. rinse and repeat for 7 days and you may find that you've completed more tasks than you'd imagined and that you helped yourself turn chaos into conformity and you did it all on your own. it could give you a better sense of ability and you should feel better as well.
just some advice, take it or leave it. it's worked for me in the past.
