I'm surprised nobody has mentioned good music yet either? Or even more specifically, good hardcore?

With good family and good friends you have happiness, which in turn reduces stress. This will give you far better health than without, so I would argue you are 90% on the way to good health.

But family and friends aren't the only instigators of happiness, so it's wrong to assume that thats the CAUSE of the majority of happiness. There are plenty of other things that make people happy.
Besides; Depression (for example), which isn't very uncommon, will affect how happy you feel anyway, and you'll need medication and/or therapy to feel happy in your life. Ergo, health trumps.
Also if you have cancer or any kind of terminal illness, it will also depress you because you will have to say goodbye to all those you love.
I'm not really arguing the validity of your statement, i agree that good family and good friends are very important, but i'm saying its 66% of the way there, not 90%. I think good health is just as important as the family & friends factor.

Let it not be forgotten when i said good drugs & good sex that music would be involved in both these activities .
You need music for drugs. You need good hardcore music before sex well i do make me more focused on the job in hand.
Health is something you worry about when you hit 40.
