What other cd mixes do you have that have trainwrecks on them? Honesty, the only one I can think of would be the Vibes mix off Bonkers 6 between, "This Is The Night" & "Clearly Now[Brisk Remix]".

Could you point out a trainwreck in H2BH first? :P

I started caring for H2BH @ chapter 3, I guess that explains why I don't recall a trainwreck anywhere in there! :P

^^Yes.
Kevin Energy's mix on Hardcore Heaven 1 is a bit sloppy, but no noticeable trainwrecks.
I find it nice to hear a few mistakes, because it lets me know they are actually mixing and not just sequencing the mix.

Can't heard any trainwreaks on Happy 2 B Hardcore 1 & 4 or Bonkers 6... All I hear is classic style mixing with class tunes! Some people mix intros with outros, other people don't! Guess it is all down to personal opinion?

Sy mucked up the scratching on Absolute Hardcore 1 during Shooting Star - to me it sounded like he wasn't ready or had it on the wrong sample of something - was plain bad considering the rest of the CD which showed his scratching genius
Also, wearing headphones on one of the quiet bits of Bonkers 6 you can hear Sy cueing up the next part - not noticeable unless you really really listen out for it.
**EDIT** - Have remembered its at the start of 'Leaving the world behind' - great record!
Neither of those made me think any less of Sy at all because it just showed he was human and there was obviously a lot of effort going into getting the CDs as amazing as they were.
A real CD tradgedy was Hixxy's Hardcore Heaven 2 mix - that was brutal, especially as Bonkers 2 was out at around the same time and has really tight mixing. It didn't help that on HH2 he was followed by Scott Brown who was at his peak at the time but put in a digital mix, even back then, which showed how it should have sounded.
