UFO, Brisk and Ham also make breakbeat tunes which are somewhat less poplular.

I know its not retro,(i didnt really put much into the description i gave lol) but it does have a lot of the characteristics i suppose of Old Skool / Happy Hardcore but with modern ones aswell. I know its not just re-hashes of Old Skool tracks.
