Belgium's boring. It's a bunch of confused walloons (french speakers) and flemings and the odd german here and there. No one speaks english (at least not the french, who you will find in Brussels), no one likes the english. This is Schaerbeek:

I'm sorry, but this is the biggest load of rubbish I've read in a long time. Science most certainly can be proven to be right, and it constantly IS proven to be right.
Science takes all the evidence and based on those makes a desision. Science is most sertainly not truthful or right. Its a lucky guess. People have done some really nasty things (and still do) in the name of science. Just as with religions.
I'm with TheOneNOnly with this one.

Religion, on the other hand, is rooted in dogma and tradition. If something comes up that seems to contradict it, it's just swept under the rug or dismissed as heresy, or they try to explain it away with some magical hocus pocus by interpreting some vague passage from an archaic book out of context while retroactively trying to make it look like it fulfills some kind of prophecy. Nothing is ever questioned or tested for falsehood. Ever.
It sounds like you dont know many religious people.
1. Science can be explained, to use Naturatech's example. You know that there is gravity on the planets and stars and gas stuff, you name it, that does make the apple fall(because it falls towards the centre, they choose to call it gravity, could be named hujilo or whatever). Everywhere else is vacuum(because they call places with no air, just that, vacuum).
2. Bible can be interpret in numerous ways. Period.
You people saying that science can't be explained must be religious. No fence against religious people, but if you get my point.

I'm agnostic, I'm not religious at all.
You know it for a fact then? For a FACT?
So you're telling me no where else in this giant ass universe there can't be a planet with no gravity? The universe holds many keys that we have not even gotten CLOSE to unlocking, and you DO NOT know what is out there. This IS science, but if you think about it everything you may think to be true can all be a lie.
So many times we have thought we where right (We as humanity), then we discover something that dramatically changes everything we ever thought before.
The truth is, we don't know, we might never know till we die. Just keep living!

Well, I agree with you, but we know until we are proven wrong. And that's what science has done to religion. Btw, we are really off-topic with this.

I still agree with TheOneNOnly on this one.

Science can explane only what it knows, or think it knows. You have to be incredibly arrogant to think it knows everything, or even a promille what makes up what we call 'life'. Gravity is one thing, but what created it, is another.
You can choose to believe that the world was created in 7 days, or that the world is a giant string, i dont care. All i know, is that i dont know.

But never mind its been an interesting debate, bit long winded though.
I think its a safe bet to say that places like Benidorm are prety "open", it what you can do and say.
What do you think??
Also Rayonvac, that video is really really really disturbing....
That guy is clearly, clearly, psychotic.
He sounds and comes across as a psychopath.

That's probably how most christians act when someone "tests their faith."
I remember how last summer I was in an Aldi's and this one lady asks what my religion is. I tell her I'm atheist and she yells "WELL YOU'RE GOING TO BURN IN HELL!!" Luckily my mom was across the store as there might have been a cat fight.

sorry but personally i think those type of ppl are a joke. it irritates me how ppl say they are very conservative, but yet they believe in laws and acting out on things that are the exact opposite of what their religion teaches them, and they somehow find a religious way of explaining their actions. the only real conservatives in the US are the Amish, all other conservatives are fullofshit hypocrites

I may not be as politically-educated as some other people on this site.
But what i do understand, doesn't make a gram of sense........
WHY-O-WHY have they been bombing the shit out of each for over 100 year's just because they don't like each other in the middle east.
I thought the idea was that UK and US troops were trying to sort these guys out, bring democracy and stuff.
Its been 6 years since we all entered the middle east.
WTF are these guys on?
You'd think with all the UK, US, and militia bombs, and shots being fired, that one day everyone in the middle eastern continant, the militia, the Al-Qaida, the US, and the UK troops, might unilateraly throw there hands up and stop fighting.
Who are those middle eastern guys who dont like the isralies????
Why cant they just tollerate them?
They.....just....don't.....get, or understand the amazing thing we can do in this country, or any wetern country of just plain ignoring people we don't like.
(Instead of being an agressive arsehole and attacking them/bullying them/insulting them/hurting there feelings)
Its such a simple principle, even western-racists understand this SIMPLE PRINCIPLE.
"I don't like this person, ****!!......i know........i'll ****ing ignore them"
GUESS WHAT!!!
I personally TRY HARD not to hurt the feelings of my enemies.
