Also under 16 it is classed as paedophilia Whispering.

Different countries have different age limits like sweeden is 14 or 15 where as in the uk its 16

i just answered my own question, nevermind lol

the age limit for sex isnt there to piss -16 year olds off, its there to protect them from older people who would take advantage isnt it

see i was about to ask why the 12yo boy who just had a kid with that 15yo girl neither of them got arrested for sex under age...but like i said, looking at it from that other side, thats not what the law is there for..its a protection against older people who would take avantage..

In US the girl probably would have been charged for statutory rape. But in Mexico it would have been perfectly legal, even if the girl was an adult. Thats because the age of consent varies by country. Where as pedophilia is a medical term for a mental disease. But yea the law is there to protect minors.

This was just a joke, and im sure it was never intended to harm anyone..

Just because Whispering etc. posted up those pics it does not meant they're a pedophile, it's just a bit of humour that evidently some people dont appreiciate i guess.

and thankyou whispering i know the laws, and i also know what a peodophile is.
though i kinda doubt she would have been charged with rape - as she is under the legal age of consent as well, in both here and stateside..

what i was saying about that question thing, had nothing to do with pedophilla, was to do with the age law when it came to do with those two brits hehe.

speaking of which, i was unnerved to hear that my sister in law to be who is 12, was told in school, by a school teacher, that the gay age of consent is 18, and someone who said it was 16 was wrong.

when they changed the law in 2003 to be 16, not 18 - aparently you cant even trust schools to give good information :P
