if so windows movies maker is free and easy
more than likey if you use that you just inport the song the pic and drag and drop it into the bars in the bottom and save it

If so then open windows movie maker (because that usually is in every computer) add a shit hot woman as the image (to get views from the horny dudes -> 90% of the internet), add the tune as background music. Save. Upload.
Windows movie maker only saves as wmv-files (AFAIK) so this doesnt concern that, but if you get a better program, always save to the format that is suggested by YouTube, because then you get the best quality.

Oh yea forgot to say do not upload the videos to your main youtube account. If someone claims copyright, YT will delete your account. Meaning if you have any friends, favourites etc, they will be lost. So just make another account just for the videos you upload.

Yep, be careful iv had 4 videos deleted because of copyright and indecent material.
