I just saw Super Size Me in school. It didn't make me feel bad. Actually made me want a burger. But I fancy BK more than McD's.
Anyway I eat whatever I like whenever I want.

4. Is it true that McDonalds have given money to the IRA?
McDonald's does not, and never has, funded the IRA. This story is based on an old urban myth that dates back to the 1970's when McDonald's first opened up shop in the UK. The payslips used for UK staff at that time were imported from the USA, and included printed reference to the American equivalent to NI pension contributions - the 'Individual Retirement Account' - or 'IRA' for short. The rumour that McDonald's donated to the IRA terrorist group arises from this misunderstanding
http://www.makeupyourownmind.co.uk/question-search?key=mcdonalds+IRA thats only one link, apparently the internet is full of people saying that they did this..and then a ton of people coming back saying "for god sake, its an urban myth, why do people get roped into these myths?!?!" lol

To be fair, Henry Ford gave money to Hitler, so stranger things have happened.

Dont think ive seen any GM food sold here, they feed some animals with GM food though i think.Anyway a burger can be healthier then your home cooked meal, and its usually healthier then most "proper" restaurant food. The problems start when people eat more then they need.
Anyway i never go to McDonalds, i eat at a local burger place. AFAIK it tryes to use as much local ingridients as possible. Also eat pizzas every now and then. Subway is good too, but never really go there cause i like to walk in and say ill take that, not get into an interrogation about every single part of a sandwich.

It doesn't matter where u eat a burger. u can eat it at McDonalds, BK, Jack in the Box, or even a real restaurant chain that isn't fast food. chances are all the beef came from the same farm/factory whatever and have probably all been mistreated the same way. i doubt that they treat cows that are going to micky d's are treated worse than the ones that go 2 jack in the box. only way u can avoid all of that is become a vegetarian/vegan and join PETA
