i'm not sure what the history is behind it, but we found out about it because 2 gay guys actually got arrested for it within the last 7 years. that's when they said sodomy is illegal. but i think if it's consentual it's legal. but i can't believe that the f**kin police wasted their time arresting ppl for something like that it's ridiculous
