tbh I like the Ballistic Bootlegs version the best :P
Most of Scott Brown's stuff from 99-02 should be kept the way they are... imo

Hixxy & Bananaman - Forever. The remix is poor.
Dougal & Mickey Skeedale - Life Is Like A Dance. Again a poor remix.

I know what you mean.
Another track everyone seems to remix is "Sunshine After The Rain" and to a lesser extent "Luv U More".

Any 'Update' of a 90s tune. Tracks like Scott Brown- Detonated (Plus System Remix) being a prime example. The same as the original just a bit weaker & the odd change or two...
Also the new version of Life Force Genorator by Ramos, Supreme & Sunset Regime is just a complete mess!

Two reasons:
They don't like the song, so they put crappy samples into the song that no one else likes but they like for some reason.
They try to make some money by remixing the song and selling it?
Crappy remixes will never stop, so just shun them. Plus there's too many to list!

i actually prefer the mix that was on Bonkers 15. mainly because while it was very similar to the original, it had an updated sound to it to fit the times.
and most ppl remix older tracks to keep classics alive.
but what i don't like about remixes is that there are certain song that have been remixed to death! and Set You Free is a perfect example of that. i like the Rozalla one, which i believe is the original one, and the N Trance version. after that i can't think of 1 other remix or remake off the top of my head that i enjoy of that song. Forever is another one done do the death, but all the remixes/remake i have found so far sound good.

I agree with you on those! The Burning Love remix I heard on a bus once going out of some kid's phones! How classy!
