They shouldn't get any benefits. There is plenty jobs they could do from home and I'm sure they could manage a desk job. Some people who can't move from the waist down and are offered enough benefits to live on still go out and find a job. If someone in that position can do it (& fair play to them btw) so can these lazy parents.
TBH a bit of exercise and a decent diet would soon sort them all right out anyway.

They're just lazy.
Doesn't take much for those to lose a few stone, eat less, walk a few miles, and they'll gradually lighten up, so to speak.
