I think everyone would love to be rich. But still you have to take into mind that money ≠ happiness. But it does help if you make a decent salary.

I hate bein stinkin' out of cash all the time, it does my bloody head in.
I get paid every 4 weeks aswell, so it's hard to balance it out.
Would prefer to be paid weekly, but then again, I wanna be rich too!

**** being rich. that has all it's own problems too, don't go thinking that it's all it's cracked up to be.
i just want to make enough money to have everything i want, and maybe go on a vacation every year.

The problem with this is it is a never ending cycle. You will never have everything you want, and what you have will quickly become less interesting or desirable and you will look to the next thing. Why do you think the quest for wealth is so highly sought after?
In a way, Brad Pitt and Eddy Norton almost got it right. Get rid of it all, you dont need it, and probably better off without it. I would love to be able to get away from it all, go to a small place out in The Middle Of Nowhere, either being self sustainable or a local mechanic job that will get me by. With my Bike of course

being rich is full time work, often millionares are rich not because they want to buy expensive things, but because they love making money, investing, and earn more and more, its just something they like, like a hobby
if a poor person wins the lottery, he will be poor again in a few months
if a rich person wins the lottery, he will be more wealthy next month and so on

I could certainly do with some extra cash at the moment, despite holding down a full time job with a decent salary. Falling interest rates screwing up my savings, Halifax shares worth sod all, and a wedding to pay for which is still costing a small fortune even though it's only small scale.
Had hoped my book (see link below) would have brought in a few extra pennies but hasn't really turned out like that.
Then again, at least I've got a job, a great girlfriend, no debts, and my health. Money ain't everything, it just helps.
