since when has late 30's been elderly??
older they are means more experience imho & where music production is concerned age is irrelevant, daft punk are older than hixxy, you can't judge someones music because of their age it has no relevance whatsoever

sometimes that means more experience, seomtimes it doesn't. styles tend to become stale from the producers who have been around the scene for a long time. i personally think paul oakenfold's styles really got crappy in the early 00s, and people say he's been around since 1990.
with hixxy's case, quality definitely has gone downhill. and you could see it ieven before he joined AATW. same thing can be said of scott brown's tracks. last good track i heard from him is goodbye my friend.

i agree with latin..
he made his best stuff when hardcore was hitting the new millenia.
his music doesnt compare against other artists' releases nowadays in production wise.. some of his newer stuff on the cd3 on cxh5 wasn't all that good. it's his 'fame' that automatically boosts his production..

nope i'm making my judgment from the time he had hits like wanting to get high (along with sharkey) and others to present
i kind of see him as paul oakenfold, going slower and sounding dead lol imo

compared to what he used to do, yes. but that doesn't entirely mean that his stuff is crap. I do love more & more and probably the last really awesome song that he's made on my list. the rest after that they were good but not some of his best. still like many of the CXH4 songs, not much that i like from CXH5
