This is me in december, day before I got my hair cut when we were going on holidays to Australia. I, as you probably see, am not good at taking pictures of myself.

Upload the picture to e.g. imageshack.us, press the image button  . Paste the image link between the image tag's. You get the address by right-clicking the image you uploaded and choose "copy image address" or something similar.
