Speaking of the promo mixes, I have made cue files to split up the tracks for Impact's 2006 Infexious mix, 2007 Promo and the Recycled Records mix. I had to make them because my mp3 player had problems with big files
If anyone wants these cue files to split up the tracks then please let me know. They aren't perfect by they're good enough for me.
I've also done cue files for Orbit1's mixes and also S3RL's mixes so, again, if anyone wants, them, let me know

Glad to see that this seems to have been worked out by both sides... and may those records arrive to Vitalism's house safely, instead of in some place dreadful, like the Mariana trench! 
I must reiterate though, Impact, just learn to love the music, not the scene. Don't let the shit-stirrers get you down.

one thing i have learned is that there will be drama anywhere you go.
other scene's may seem more appealing, but there will be good people and not-so-good ones anywhere you go. so many people on here, myself included, still think you make amazing music. "someday" is one of my personal top favourites.
i heard somewhere that any publicity is good publicity, and this did get resolved fairly quickly.
i even posted this same thing on ush, so anyone from that website who didn't come back here to read about how this ended can see that you aren't the bad guy i made you out to be.
don't be so quick to throw out the artist name.

WTF rorymate, if you think the scene sucks, just give a **** on it, produce whatever you like, do it for YOU and keep your tracks for you then. It would be stupid to produce something you don't like. Make tracks for your pleasure. Not for other people..

well i wouldn't compare the 2 together, especially since DNA left because of the criticism of a few douchebags that didn't know what they were talking about, and who didn't appreciate something different in music
