As far as i can remember, you need to manually update it -> not good for your mother if shes not a person that does things manually. Could be its changed since ive used it though.
has changed :) yes if you run the oldest version over a secured network (as in company with big as server policy secured) then u need to manually update :)

Scanned with both those & found 5 Spyware but STILL having problem with pages loading. Anymore ideas people?
LATEST!!!
As i have both Firefox & Internet Explorer 8 (I Think. If not 7) I have loaded Internet Explorer & don't seem to have a problem. Is the problem with Firefox?
When using Firefox every page i open i get Web Security Warning (From Spyware Terminator) telling me to block or unblock DOUBLECLICK.net. I press block. When opening another page this happens again.
The other thing that happens is it still opens random adware pages.

I'm guessing Firefox has some shite. You can add so many add-ons to FF, that wouldnt be suprised. That would explane why it goes unnoticed by the security software. As its a "feature". Dont use Firefox myself so someone else can explane how to check it.

Now that all the newbies that cant handle a PC have switched to a Mac and the userbase has grown, how long would you figure it takes when Mac's are seriously attacked? A security hole that was fixed in windows in a matter of days took Apple 6 months to fix on macs :p
