I agree with one of the comments on there.
How the hell are they supposed to filter all the content?
The only viable way is to put an upload on a "waiting list" to check the content, then 'post' it on rapidshare to be downloaded.
Which, if they chose that route, would make the site unappealing to the masses that illegally download and they will just move onto the next site.
Either way, it's bad news for them.

there is only one way and thats an internet ban which wont be coming anytime soon

Like banning Rapidshare would even make a difference with the insane number of ******* hosts that are so publicly open. You can just do a google search for a ******* and find a host......These corporations are going to have to give up on trying to ban file sharing.
