I'm not planning on making a hardcore mix for release as an album, but I see that people on here do, so I was wondering what they have to go through legally to put it up for sale (or for free). Do these HHC labels give us all the right to make these albums or does everyone who makes them have to contact each artist and ask for permission? (like in Crush on Hardcore, Hardcore Addiction, etc)

If it's for sale then you'll need the permission of the artists & labels.

Those are real actually. You tend to see them especially on roads near maximum security prisons (although the ones I've seen a worded more seriously).
Back on topic, in general it seems to be OK to post a free mix without requiring permission (unless you have some unreleased tracks in the mix - and if so, how did you get them in the first place? :p), although on this forum you can't post the tracklists in public (doesn't make much sense if you ask me... i.e. you can do that on ush, and yet you never see any artists getting ticked off about it). If it costs money though, you'll have to find the rights for all the tracks in the mix and contact artists/labels as necessary. I believe that's how it works.

If there where no guns, then there would be no gun related crimes. But there still would be crimes, regardless.
Guns don't cause crimes, people do. I don't care if we live in a world where everything is made of cotton candy. Someone, some where, will want someone else's cotton candy. So they'll make a rope made of the stuff, and choke him to death for it.
Face it. We aren't a wonderful society. You either defend yourself, or get trampled over by others. We aren't all hugs and kisses. Humans can be vile, and will try to harm each other for the sake of just harming each other.
Sure, if we lived in a perfect utopia where nothing bad happened ever, I'd be fine without any guns.
Too bad this is reality, and people live solely to do these types of things.
I sound like a sadist, I'll admit it. But hell if I care. I'd rather come out on top because I was prepared.

lol each country to their own.
there are flaws all over the place in all systems,
we got tards who go round knifing defenceless people and a nation who couldnt do shit if the govenment turned nasty and started blackbagging people (whole point in the right to bare arms thing) (im sure our criminals could defend themselves well though haha)
despite banning guns, we still have large gun crime, aparently something like 28 incidents a day in just england and wales, which is fairly high considering the size of england compared to america/population per guncrime stats wise
knifes should clearly be banned next, then sharp edges, then anyone with a different opinion to the govenment blah blah blah conversations been had a million times
nothings changing, nothing will. a more pressing issue is what AATW will do with Bonkers "2"?. ;)

You have to ask all the copyright holders / labels + publishers. We license all the tracks for Hardcore Addiction.
