we were offerd our IT GCSE again, because the teacher majorly messed up on the marking, he marked us all up, the end result being all the exams came back "F"...
of course, by the time they had offered us to take it again we were already bogged down in college and on top of that it wouldnt make up for the useless teaching during school for IT.
luckily i made up for it with future qualifications in college and extra courses with microsoft

Aye. Did them this year at college. But you have to cram in what you would normally learn in 3 years at school into 9 months at college. ****ing brutal doing just 2 subjects (i had to do Maths and English Language). £100 a subject too, unless you're under 19 which luckily i was. Glad it's over now, even though i quite enjoyed it compared to school.
Good luck with your results anyway, can't wait till Thursday to find out i'm an idiot twice over lol.

Our IT lessons at school consisted of youtube and games sites. I wasn't actually entered for the exam as i spent so much time not learning the stuff we were supposed to that there would have been no point me doing it. I was such a twat in school.

I always thought the prices in America were relatively cheap compared to that of the UK. Have things changed that much since I was last in the states or is it certain services will cost more?

Too get a decent *good* quality hotel it runs from $75+, that's oh...52.69 Euro's?
Motels are cheaper, but all you get is like a bed, barely any TV, and a bathroom.

those prices are ridiculous! you would pay that much to get a room in the middle of a big city here in the uk, not just any hotel room.. (in travellodge terms)
ps why have you put it in euros if youre talking to someone from the uk haha

Because I have no idea what the hell you guys use, and I just go with the most obvious currency over there.
Eh...either way the prices ARE ridiculous.
