go to the gym early on, just do bicep curls and chest presses for about an hour
run about 2-3 times a week for 35 minutes solid
before i go to sleep i do lots of different sit ups
it works!

Well before you do any gym stuff is your diet good? Cause it's a waste of time if it's not. But start with running I'd say and some sit ups wouldn't be a bad idea. Also do as many push ups as u can twice a day. You don't HAVE TO go to the gym like. You could get up early and go for a jog? And the other two things can be done from your room like.

i do spin classes... i know you said you cant afford gym though... so maybe some cycling.... or just plain old walking/jogging.... there is a hiking trail about 20 mins from the city that i go to and its awesome... do one of those if theres one near you... also you mentioned in another thread youve been feeling a bit crappy.... if you do exercise it will release some endorphins and improve your moods... i was going to suggest it but you mentioned something about knee problems too so i didnt know if this would be keeping you from exercising....

indeed. gotta start with what you're putting in your body...so stop with the constant eating of junk/fast food.
usually workout 3 days a week, try for 4 but it's difficult some nights with a new born & working late. do weights & crunches 2 nights, eliptical the other nights.
make sure you vary up your routine otherwise you're body will plateau too quick. your muscles need a day to relax so if you do say shoulders & triceps one day do biceps & chest the next.
your also going to get better results if you push yourself hard for about 1/2 hr and do each set a minute to two after the last
