The happiest track has to be I can't stop raving by Dune. I know it's cheesy but it's happy happy happy.

However, the track that opitomises happy hardcore is Higher Love by JDS. The break has all the right elements of happy hardcore.

I'm not saying these are my favourites, although I love them both, but they are the ones that best represent the topics IMO
