Maybe so, but I'd like to create my own. If they've been ripped from hip hop, and they're ripped, surely somewhere down the line there's the original??? And if they created it, surely it's possible to do again?

I tried detuning a piano but it was only the basic FL one. I'll try to look into something on Purity or Korg Legacy and see what I can do.

in that case try getting hold of Kool and the Gang "Give It Up". it's not the type of music i'd listen to at home but i think i once sampled the drumloops. there's 2 or 3 in that song i think. oh think, that reminds me try and get Lyn collins 'think' too.
