Everything is good in moderation and I do tend to think hardcore in it's current form has started to out stay it's welcome. A mix up or styles and sounds is needed.

I don't care if the music is commercial, underground or whatever, as long as I like the tune it doesn't matter what genre it is. However, I'm not a huge fan of the commercial stuff, lacks imagination and not enough depth to keep me interested. Some of it is just 'tacky' as well, and really gives hardcore a bad name :-/
