well from my knowledge about html and malware its noting
he has a counter on it that has been reported on other websites that have been used to exploit the browser, and from what i see in his coding its not for that, there isnt any sender nor receiver, he dosent have download links (from what i see) and there isnt any sign that he is tying to **** with you, nothing points into any place that seems bad to give you malware

if anything trys to download say no
if you dont wana believe me its ok, but im sure its nothing at all

but i have highlighted the code that is false alarming your browser and software
its the ones in blue and its just a bad code

so take your pick lol
but its still a good thing to tell him xD

Can I also point out that kaspersky is a wank virus scanner!

Has this on a works PCs in my old job an it caused no end of problems & also let viruses in and missed ones that were on other peoples computers!

My dads got Mcafee an that's just as bad - I've had that block programs & delete license files!!

Trent Micro all the way ;)

i take issue with this
it blows the pants off norton, mcafee and most if not all of the others out there, its not a CPU hog like *so many* of its competition, its very lightweight and to top it off it has a very strong database.

I dont work for them lol, ive just worked in the industry for *many* years and kaspersky has always come out on tops :P

meh - always found that a little heavy on the ol processor, plus it takes longer than kaspersky to load, which isnt surprising considering how quickly KIS loads...

if we cant trust the russians to make us Internet security..who CAN we trust :P

It isn't the majority of the time the sites you visit that give you the virus.

It's the ads placed on the site that give them.

Now, I'm not saying staying away from tons of porn sites won't give you as many viruses, but you're still VERY prone to get one, or multiple, just from visiting a site. Let alone accidentally clicking on ads, or viewing ads that try to download one.

meh - either way - i was cracking a humorous jape about pornographic websites and wasnt really going for any actual fact..

personally i would say the majority of the time its from what morons download!

the majority of the customer's home PCs i was fixing had gotten it from getting all excited over that movie they thought would be 700mb..and turned out only to be a few hundred kb if they downloaded it in .vb format!!either that or clicking every other warning the net spat at them that they could "speed up their PC!"..then proceeding to download and install the adware
