If most/all the older tracks are untouched, it might be worth buying, since most of the tracks can be bought digitally anyways, but this way you should get them in the highest possible sound for the old ones

I picked this up as I happened to be in England when it came out...
so worth it for the Darwin tunes, in fact I dropped his Cascada Miracle Remix at a rave last night and people pissed themselves, it's so Cascada yet it's still so Darwin ;]
And himbo is on there too!
In fact it's really cheap and all unmixed, and a pretty decent buy. Some turds on there I guess, but 5.99 for 60 unmixed tracks? Any DJ should take the risk of buying it and at least checking it out!
Like Wilky was saying some intros are cut short but not enough where you can't mix them. They still all have intros + outros for the DJ, not a single one of them can't be put in a set. There are no like radio edits or anything like that, it's all DJ friendly.
