Okay, at college last week, i go to the cafeteria and buy chicken and chips and walk back to the table where we normally sit and there is a box with 3 scraps of chips in next to some lad. I pick the chips up and do the responsable thing and put them in the bin, followed by him shouting abuse at me (i shall not repeat, there might be young eyes around). so i turn around about to offer him some of my chips just to say sorry, and as i do he knocks all the food out of my hands. so i retaliate by punching him in the face. Just to make things worse, i had fractured my knuckle on this hand just a week before. So, when i punched this guy, my knuckle decides to snap away from the bone and retreat half way down my finger -.- a lovely afternoon in casualty for me -.-

who's fault is my knuckle? his or mine? and is this reallllly fair?? :-( lol

yeah the guy following you sounds like a bit of a chav...and i would say you sprang to the fist a little too quick..but the guy knocked the food out of your hands it was pretty clear where he was trying to take it..
what happened after you punched him?
im sure he didnt just say "good lord, i was rather out of line there wasnt i, i shall take back the offensive things i said unto you and buy you a new portion of freshly fried chips sir"
