I really doubt many exist since it's not 'Traditional' music.

There's an issue of Computer Music that has a rundown of the history of electronica in it, although it's not exhaustive (as in, going into major detail).
All three of those books appear to focus on certain aspects of electronica history rather than the whole spectrum. I'm not saying this is bad though.

Yeah anything you do find will only relate to the most commercial/traditonal electronic music as oppose to stuff like Hardcore etc.

I read a cracking book a while back called "Last Night a DJ Saved My Life". Covered the development of Dance Music from back in the days and even had a few mentions of Hardcore and artists such as The Smart Es and Urban Hype. Worth a read!
