I was baptized as a baby. However, I'm an atheist, so that probably now means I'm going to hell. Ah well.
I think it's a good thing the OP has taken this decision himself. It's something he obviously wants to do, and it's good he's been given the choice, something which I was denied.
That aside, my parents haven't forced religion upon me, though.

I used to be 100% concentrated atheist, although now I'm not sure what I identify with. I honestly don't believe at all that a god exists, but what about some higher, emotionless entity that's in control (of the entire universe)? Something almost completely incomprehensible?
