The government is worried that men's willies are getting smaller. To find out how great this problem is they have asked all men with a willy smaller than 3inches to put a white flag with a red cross on their car

some people where i live (worringly) have TWO of these small penis flags on their car! either side!

yeah dude! 100% true, its actually a scheme championed in the states, where they did the same sort of thing, but for people who have those retarded "ribbon" magnets/stickers on the backs of their cars!
