New Zelda, New Goldeneye (not by Rare mind but looks wicked), All the Mario Planet/Kart goodness, Tales of Symphonia 2, Metroid Prime 3... What other games should I set my sites on now I'm finally buying one. :P
I hate getting more than one of each gen console but it always happens lol.

nah just go into ur settings... Find ur wifi accept a few t&cs and you're... Shud take about 5mins... You might have to download opera off the wii shop channel..
You get some good old games off the console channel too

on the wee? well personally I liked Metroid Prime 3 (try to get the Metroid Prime trilogy!).
I will be getting the new Metroid atleast. If you want a race game, get Excite Truck. Old game but still kicks the butt :D
Can't say that Wii has so many good games tbh. I mostly got it to get some legal means to play older games in higher than SD quality :P

Triquatra - Nice one! I've actually still got a Cube and still have it setup. :P Sounds like I can pack it away now though, sweet. I had forgotten it plays GC disks. Does it take GC controllers too? Not played Cel Damage, shall take a look. :)
Samination - I've got Prime 1 & 2 on the Cube, will be getting 3 for sure! Will take a look at excite truck too, nice one. :) Not that into racing games but do get the odd one.
I remember reading that you can get a new version of Excite Bike on DL too, have to check that out. Used to love the NES version.

It's a good time to get one.
There's a Goldeneye remake coming out soon, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Mickey Mouse, Legend of Zelda and Metroid.
I don't know if any of these games appeal to you, but about 90% of the Nintendo fan boys have been calling for some of these for about 3 years and about 10 years for Donkey Kong.
Nintendo has gone to casual for me though, 'games' like Wii fit/sport isn't a game to me, I want to play not run on some board. I know a lot of people enjoy them and that they're currently dominating this gen but some of the games they put out are pretty stale and don't really apply to people who enjoy gaming as a whole.
But yeah some of the new games that are coming out over the coming months do appeal to me and I'll definitely pick some up.
I'm also amazed that the games sell so well when it's dead simple to mod your Wii at home and play pirated games. I still buy the games though [although I have modded my Wii, but that was for other reasons rather than to play pirated games], but I don't have many anyway, I initially bought the Wii so I could continue playing my Gamecube games as my Gamecube died. I won't tell you how to mod it on here, you can PM me though and I'll direct you to where you need to be going.

Very much looking forward to these. :) I've always loved Nintendo games but likewise all the Wii fit/resort/etc. rubbish doesn't appeal to me. Looks like some real games are coming to add to the 4 Mario ones I already wanted though so got to take the plunge. :p

I feel the same way as you! I actually got rid of my Wii b/c i didn't think a new zelda game would ever come out any time soon. the graphics they had at the E3 convention on the game were crap so i'll hold off until closer to its release date to see if it will look better.
and the definite one that I will be forced to buy is a PS3 to get Marvel vs Capcom 3!
any of u remember Marvel vs Capcom 2? came out on Dreamcast 10yrs ago and then a yr later it came out on PS2 and the 1st XBox. it has since been rereleased as a d/l game on the newer consoles except the Wii. I never thought i'd see another sequal to the series, and having completely given up on video games this is gonna be a new revival for me!

I don't download pirated games either, but it's good for emulators, and other content for your Wii which is not normally available.
I know it's not necessary but it's a good thing to have in my opinion. Especially for backing up games.
