making up for last year :D year one with oliver was when we both needed to be around 24/7, now he is older its easier for just the one of us to stay home with him and the other to go off
plus - CLSM live! how could I not! lol
its a bit of a travel though, leaving straight after work and then 5.30hours on the train
so not so much willing, but situational - 2009, coupled with raves often happening far from here..cost upwards of 100 to get to, this ones costing me 140 so far....global gathering upwards of 200 (plus the family holiday that came with it lol)..elliot minor gig in liverpool was quite cheap, that was in liverpool, and that was only around 60 to do the whole run+gig..
if my money runs out again you could by my travel and tickets - if you're willing ;)

Traveling that distance by train is far too expensive (although because of where you are traveling anywhere is more expensive than it otherwise might be). If you get a train to Oxenholme, then Manchester, you can get the coach from Manchester to Birmingham for about 10 return, and then to Bristol for the same price. Of course, this is a little more hassle than just going by train though :P But yeah if i had to pay well over 100 i certainly wouldn't be going to raves either lol. Fortunately National Express offers many major journeys for 3-10 each way, generally not a fan of coaches and I'd much much rather travel by train but at those prices I'm not going to complain.

for a saturday that would be an option, allbeit a terrible mish-mash of travelling (assuming all those buses ran on time and didnt cross each other...but i'm guessing that route wouldnt get me to Bath from Oxenholme in 5 hours.. straight after work at 5:30pm on a friday :P
the planets would need to be aligned in a very special pattern for that to take place!

This might be difficult to believe but the coaches are bang on time pretty much all of the time, and more often than not a bit early (clearly they built their schedule around how long it takes to get to places and then added an extra few mins), as for crossing each other, not an issue as they run all day. But yeah no chance in hell your going to make it in that amount of time, hence it's a hassle.

totally! but as a poor student the trains are unforgiving and the young person's railcard is a waste of time and money for anyone who isn't constantly on a train! time to get a job methinks!

See you there, playing 9 til 10:15 in the HU/Freeformation room, some 150-170bpm freeform, then playing 11 til 12 in the 3rd room, bouncy techno/Ruffneck kinda classics set!

I'm planning on going to slammin vinyl nye,so i'd say it'd cost me alot more than 100 coming over from ireland, but it'll b worth every penny, biggest rave in the uk plus i want to go to a slammin or something like that, must actually start looking at flight prices but doubt get any cheap flights as the dates i'll be flying

Yeah but your coming from Ireland, that's very different from spending the same price and living in the same country!
