Not a name many people would recognise, but he uploaded ALLOT of videos which were ripped from the htid and hardcore heaven event tape packs, and allot of music that copuldnt be heard anywhere else was on his YT channel.
Ima bit gutted, allot of music on there.
But its another sign of htid rep's and aatw stepping up their game.

I'm annoyed too man, I would always go there when a new cd pack came out to see what the newest tunes are, I guess it makes sense that he would be suspended though.

I wouldn't even pirate them to be honest! However many megabytes they take up is far better used on something else!

I am against filesharing via t0rr3n7, but I support 'filesharing' through free downloadable mixes. So go figure, am I a pirate.

Two wrongs don't make a right, if he's not not licensed to upload to YT the music it doesn't matter where he got the tracks from someone always owns the music.
HTID couldn't make a claim as they don't own the music, you'll find the publishers of the songs are making the claims.

I took down whatever Happy Hardcore I had as soon as I read this.
Luckily my channel isn't focused on Happy Hardcore, and what I have uploaded I haven't had any trouble with.

Do we actually know for sure that the account was closed due to copyrighted material? Youtube don't usually suspend accounts for that, they just delete them all and send you a message explaining why. People's account are usually suspended when they're abusive to others.

no, you can get people making copyright claims and enough strikes, your out.
