awesome!
in other news though, shaving foam is a marketing con - all you need is a razor and water, keep your face and razor wet, nothing more is needed. I havent bought foam in over a year.
(thats all thanks to QI as well, after hearing it on there, i decided to do some research into it online, then tried it myself)

i havn't used shaving foam in over a year either, mainly cause i can't afford it. but after my recent poverty i won't be going back to foam, i might switch back to fancy razors but for the time being water and my trusty modified el cheapo 1 blade bic does this trick (i snap some of the plastic off so i can get more oompf outa the blade) and i get a 20pack for about £2....

i don't shave i just have the woman who cuts my hair buzz all of it off. altho i really should invest in an electric razor/shaver. makes it all easier.

Shaving cream DOES help, it just isn't really necessary. The issue is that you scrape it off as you shave, it makes more sense, for cooling and soothing affects, to put it on after you finish then wash it off. However, if you don't shave daily it does make the hairs stand up a bit more for a cleaner cut, but that just saves you half a stroke, so if you're willing to run the razor more than once over each spot **** it.
Also, protip: If you like using shaving cream and happen to run out, it's really nothing more than bar soap so just lather your face up.

Ive never used shaving foam/razor. I've always used the electric shaving thingy. Actually i dont really even use that, i just use the side trimmer, 'cause i only shave weekly or biweekly...

no, its been over a year now, i'd previously been shaving for 7 years - there is no difference, as long as your razor is sharp.
when you're old enough to shave, you can try too! *thumbs up*

I'm with Lilley, for the first time ever. If you buy good shaving cream it feels a little bit better, maybe you should stop shopping at Dollar General, Triq? :3
