1- Darwin
2- Nu Foundation
3- Fracus
Gotta say this is the first year Noofie has made my top. He's really been on a role with some wicked tunes. Some are a bit similar for my taste though.
And producers that are really getting there:
1- Cat Like Thief
2- Rhythmics
3- Milo
Just in the last year, it's amazing to hear the progress Cat Like Thief and Rhythmics have made.

Just want to point out, its been great to see Vacuum Music and Jervis take off, so he and Skampy and also Ponder whos been releasing again, are 3 more Ive enjoyed hearing
PS - Despite the recent presence of Matt Cardle and Danni Minogue in Colne Engaine and Halstead, Ponder is still the best producer here. I'll settle for third ;P

I think the question can only be answered fairly from Dec 17th onwards.
