Ive actually heard Nordic being used many times. Probably notice it better 'cause i am Nordic. Though its usually used on Scandinavians only. But we all know English speaking people don't know the difference.

I suppose it's probably happened then, but I doubt it's as common place as the others. Somehow I doubt police in America are radioing in to report a 'Nordic male, late 20's...' etc.

Id assume the police use base races; white, black, latin and asian. Rather then guessing the geographic background.

'Latin' isn't a race, and 'African American' seems to be preferred over black for some reason, which to me is discriminatory. No one sees the need to use 'European American' as a white equivalent, which suggests that white people are (subconsciously at least) seen as more 'American' than black people.

still, he doesn't look hispanic at all. Maybe spanish, or north european, but nothing else.
But I have to agree, the image is POOR, and dont blame it on your camera, you dont got enough light in the room
