every time i try to listen on iplayer it comes up with a script is making adobe 10 run slowly and won't play
any ideas?

Is it just doing that on this site?
I have had trouble with shockwave/flash after the latest update, to the point where I have to hard restart my rig, its kinda ********...

Do you have an android like the HTC desire?
BBC have just released an official iplayer app, maybe try that? Or if u do have a desire then you can use the site with the built in flash player...
