When I did my military service I ate a MRE from the 80's.

Dunno, if they use different ones in the states. In German army they don't even print a date of expiry on the packages.

have they been using this label since this past christmas? if so, i imagine that they wanna use last season's labels until they run out. either that or they're currently out of the non-christmas ones
