I have a bunch of J-Core artists being followed on SoundCloud, but out of those I only know Noc. V (who posts here, he really needs to make is tracks 320), Shingo DJ (who is mostly Hardstyle), Helblinde, and USAO (Hardstyle/Hardcore) routinely put out free songs.
I myself can't help you with finding their tracks though, as I have trouble finding them. >.<
Oh and you should get Triex's Ruffbeatz albums up in there.

I have Shimamura on FB but he doesn't post much. To be honest, given what's going on there at the moment I wouldn't expect to hear much from the artists.
