Yeah but Makeshift is a stronger turn off than Make Believe. Make Believe are a small digital label looking to sell music. People hear the music and make the judgement. They arent a service, they are a brand.
Your a service, and the last thing you want is to portray yourself as a make-shift temporary cheap solution. You want to deliver the final product and make a good earning from your clients. Your a service so the name is quite vital.

PLEASE CAN WE NOT GET SIDETRACKED. I dont want this to turn to a discussion about the inference of terminology!
Maybe something with -audio as a suffix instead of media? with alliteration

That's a difficult one really. If you're gonna go with alliteration, you're gonna need something that doesn't just being with A, but begins with Au, to make it sound bang on.
Let me having a think. I like word stuff. The beer is not proving helpful though.

I'm obviously going to lean towards Audacious, because it was a suggestion of mine, but...
Audacious doesn't sound especially professional.
Aurora doesn't roll off the tongue to well.
Authentic is nice. Sensible, formal, classy. Could be a win.

The .com is taken and is selling for over $400, so **** that i'll just get a .com.au
unless someone has a better option?

You could try ".net" or ".org" I think they are both open..
Or you could wait till the new domains open up... the ".xxx" ones, then you would be "ballin'". Yep.. :b

i'm just gonna get .com.au and .net and link it all to the .com.au
i'm back on the idea of makeshift media... i like it so much more than anything else suggested...
And most of my business is through referral... and after asking around, a lot of people didn't get the inference of the literal definition of makeshift...
NEED MORE OPINIONS!
I just see it like this: i'm marketing a brand, not a literal definition. It's a brand, it doesn't necessarily need to have a meaning, and that's the general consensus i've found... but i really want more people's views on this
