I prefer downloads to CDs generally (except limited edition stuff like Rebuild releases). They're cheaper, no postage and you don't have to wait for them to be sent. Instant gratification FTW! With just a mix I can see the need for CD, but as it's got full length tracks I think download only will be fine.
