Got the idea because for probably the first time ever i checked the "new members introduce yourselves here" thread... and came to realise that i wasn't the only one who never checked that, and never posted in it (most of the regs havent - although i didn't check all the way through, the ****ing thing is 87 pages long).
Perhaps if we get to know each other a bit better, there might be more camaraderie that many feel the site is lacking. The questions are a little more in depth that the newbie one.
I'd like to keep this to REGULAR members only... seeing as if you're new then i suggest you go and use the one for new members. Nothing personal, just logic. Not sure how to give a criteria to that though, so just use common sense!
I'll list the questions here and start a new post to answer them - that way nobody has to go through and delete answers or anything like that. Also makes it real easy to bold the questions if you want.
N.B. Please repost the questions AND your answers. It's ****ing annoying when people don't and you have to look at the questions.

ARE YOU HAPPY WITH THE CURRENT STATE OF HARDCORE? Nope. To be honest i think it's a bit of a shite hole at the moment.
WHAT DO YOU THINK SHOULD BE CHANGED? I think it's become far too commercialized. All the "big" tracks are just "remixes" (and i use the term lightly, they're hardly real remixes) of pop tunes or pop dance tunes and as a whole it's just all pretty samey. I'm over the riffs, but i hate the electro basslines SO MUCH!

TELL US SOMETHING INTERESTING ABOUT YOU: There is very little interesting about me. Here's something amusing though: I said I was going to do the Brighton Marathon in April 2010. Trained at the end of 2009 - got up to half marathon distance. Got wankered over the festive season. Training never resumed. Had already received hundreds and hundreds of pounds in sponsorship money via an online service - which cleared over night, every 24 hours - straight to the charity. Got really fat, didn't do it. Not only socially humiliating, but had to pay back the hundreds of pounds to all that contributed out of my own pocket.

WHEN DID YOU GET INTO HARDCORE?: I first heard it without knowing what it was around 2000ish. Properly got into it around 2003/2004
FAVOURITE DJs/MCs: Brisk's sets are always excellent. There are plenty more though. There's two guys called Insane & Mind who always play mental sets whenever I've seen them.
FAVOURITE PRO SONGWRITERS/PRODUCERS: Scott Brown/Styles/Ultravibes/UFO/Loads more.
FAVOURITE UP AND COMING PRODUCER/S: I know he's been doing his thing for a while, and I hope he's not insulted, but: Audio Warfare. Special mention to Spirit Wolf, Elliot X-Ell & Archefluxx as well.
FAVOURITE COMPILATION/ALBUM: Dougal & Gammers mix on the first True Hardcore, and also an album called Hardcore Euphoria, that was around at the same time.
