Its a tricky one mate, i really want to - but the thing is, its 88gbp on the train or 50gbp on a coach (14hours round trip)
I have the money to do the train - the kicker is its my wifes birthday on sunday, i've bought her a kindle case (4.99gbp)
so I spend 100gbp to go to a free party in london and then get back and say "happy birthday preggo, here's your kindle case I bought for under a fiver!"
The thing is, she would let me, and wouldn't even moan about it but it's just not fair to her. I'm sure I'll be able to get to the next one everyones going to - february just isn't a good month this year :)

Ah that's a shame man, got to put the wife first on her birthday though. Might be feeling a bit fresher on the day as well! Ouch on the train fair! We really do get robbed in the UK for that don't we. Think it'll be about 30 for us all in and we are only a 45 min - 1 hour drive away. :-/

On a serious note though Rowan mate, and as awesome as it'd be to have you down there, you've got yourself quite a domestic dilemma there. Wife's birthday when she's preggers - you really can't be messing around with that one. I think saving the cash and being around for the weekend is the better option mate. And in terms of quality raving - the latest you're gonna have to wait is mid-April for St0mp! in Leeds, which I think quite a few of us are going to :-)
If I'd had some spare cash, I was gonna get a t-shirt made up with your Hard Bastard Face on from that thread a few weeks/months back - that way you'd be in all the pics still!

Yea man if you come out of Vauxhall tube station you will see a set of matal stairs going up and over the road. If you go over them and walk past Area on tthe right there is decent bar on the right just after Area. I think its called the Nar Bar. We all usually hit that ;)
