Does anyone think/know if Hixxy is going to add other artists to his label in the near future?

don't you think HTID needs to start before he can actually add artists? :)

Anyways, other than a few tracks or remixes, Raver BAby was mainly just him, breeze, styles & re-con

No, I'm not reffering to raverbaby but the HTID digital label http://www.trackitdown.net/recordlabel/129813/htid.html. Hixxy also corrects Whizzkid in the beginning of his mix when Sora Blue plays during the Kool London Show with Billy Bunter saying it's going to be released on HTID not raverbaby. Or is this just a digital version of raverbaby labelled under a different name?

still the same label in my eyes. Just like Blatant Beats is basicly just the same as Next Generation now.

But why can't I refer to raver baby? It's own by the same guy, do you think he will change "tactics" for a new label?

I think its just Hixxys way of making the move from vinyl to digital, with all the fuss and comotion over the last few years about him going digital. From my understanding Raverbaby is over as he is not doing vinyl releases anymore and HTID is his new label with all the digital releases!

I would like to know if Al & Technikore are signed to HTID or not??

Can't see that to be honest, Hixxy runs the hardcore scene as they say he is the head honcho. Think anyone who threatened him would be ****ed booking wise as he owns HTID, RAVER BABY & UPROAR and most of the smaller events book artists off of his line ups!!!

yup, that's what I'm thinking too.

Knowing that Raver Baby records are at an end makes me very nostalgic, and I'm glad I was collecting records while it was still going strong.

As for HTID, I look forward to more releases, so we can have a better idea of the actual line-up of the label. My guess is that it's going to be Hixxy tracks only, collab or solo.

Yeah, this pretty much. Also Technikore doesn't seem like the sort of person to threaten anyone, he's one of the nicest people I've met. It annoys me though that you'd have to be worried about saying the wrong thing to Hixxy as he can hold you down. It's very much fact but it kind of shows how infantile the scene can be: that saying the wrong thing can affect you professionally, I don't see why it has to be like that - that's such a school playground mentality.

HTID will be the outlet for new Raver Baby tracks for now, because he is in full control already. Once the Raver Baby digitals are fully sorted through AATW/Universal Music which should happen at the end of January or February, and the publishing details are afterwards transferred back to him, he wants to release new tracks on Raver Baby again.

Also, Alf (Technikore) didn't "threat" anyone, but it is true that made it *very* clear to Hixxy that he wants his tunes to get digital releases when he got signed to the label and he would bring this issue up regularly. Unfortunately things didn't work out as planned (AATW/Universal Music didn't keep promises, Hixxy got another baby, other factors), so it all took a bit longer.

Hixxy ran Raver Baby, Hixxy runs HTID. What's its the difference except what format it's sold on?

Oh wait. I forgot that AATW owns HTID, as hixxy said on Facebook recently "I'm waiting for approval what I CAN and CAN'T do"

I didn't mean it like that (saying the wrong thing to Hixxy) I meant that he is Technikore's boss and in everyday life if you threaten your boss, its not going to end up good is it?
