I am not canvassing for votes, I just want people to vote for a new 'best freeform producer/DJ/label' category and then later in September we can have our vote on DJ, producer, label etc. 2012 has been a great year for freeform with strong releases/tracks from artists like Douglas, Aryx, A.B, Alek Szahala, Endemic, Lost Soul etc and labels like Stamina, Watchtower, FINRG, Smiling Corpse and ReBuild Music...if you are a fan of this music then you NEED to make yourself heard, it's that simple!
Please do note waste this opportunity to get some freeform in the awards this year, it is VERY important now that Kev / Sharkz have gone that we show that there's a big following out there for this music still.

What a strange questionnaire. I don't understand why they need to ask everyone whether they should keep all these categories or get rid of some. There's hardly anything there that is worthy of getting rid of, except best hard dance dj. It's not a hardcore genre, so I never knew why the hell it was ever included, unless it's there to cater to those hardcore djs/producers that also mix and produce hard dance.
But yes will definitely vote on this as well as add the freeform categories.

Well I didn't mean the whole thing was strange, but a bit odd to even have ppl question the idea of whether categories like best hardcore dj or best track should even be there. Its not an awards show if you don't have the obvious ones in there.
I did vote for it. I added onto it best freeform dj, producer, track and label. Also did the same for gabber. Makes no sense for them to hsve to go up against the overall best hardcore track/label, especially since they will never get a nomination in those categories.

I assumed that he meant dick as in 'annoying person' (hence my comment) and after some thought i think he did, because the '...of the year' bit wouldn't otherwise make sense
